
Financial Operations Specialist

Due to our growth ambitions, we seek a talented Financial Operations Specialist to join our Tallinn office. In this role, you will ensure smooth handling of supplier invoices, timely payments, and accurate reporting while playing a key role in maintaining efficient AP processes and supporting the finance team with high-quality financial data.
What will you be doing?
- Process and manage purchase invoices and expense reports in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Verify invoice accuracy, approvals, and correct account coding.
- Handle the full AP cycle, including invoice posting, reconciliations, and payment processing.
- Maintain vendor master data and support effective communication with suppliers.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closings by preparing AP-related reports and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth invoice approval workflows.
- Support audits by providing the required documentation.
Ideally, you would have:
- At least 2 years of previous working experience, preferably in a finance service centre or accounting team.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proactive mindset and excellent relationship-building skills.
- Great team spirit and ability to collaborate across diverse organisations and teams.
- Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
- Previous experience with invoice management systems (e.g., Fitekin, Telema) is an advantage.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
