Beyond technical support, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and contribute to company-wide initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on how our teams work, with occasional travel to our offices in Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, and the Czech Republic to support broader regional operations.
To be successful in this role, you ideally bring the following skills:
- 5+ years of previous proven experience in IT Support and Systems Administration.
- Comprehensive expertise in managing Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and best practices.
- Proficient with MDM tools such as JumpCloud or equivalent platforms.
- Skilled in meeting room setup using Cisco Webex, Google Meet, and comparable conferencing solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of office networking, VPN configuration, and printer management.
- Hands-on with productivity and collaboration suites including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk).
- Strong problem-solving abilities paired with clear, professional communication skills in English; proficiency in Estonian is a valuable plus.
Soft Skills:
- Proactive Initiatives: Take ownership of IT improvements and lead the implementation of innovative solutions.
- Automation Mindset: Identify and deploy automation opportunities to optimise workflows and increase efficiency.
- Customer Focus: Put employee needs at the forefront, ensuring a seamless and supportive IT experience.
- Mission Alignment: Work in harmony with the company’s strategic goals, leveraging technology to drive business success.
- Engineering Approach: Tackle challenges systematically, prioritising effective problem-solving and scalable solutions.
Bonus points if you have:
- Workflow automation expertise using tools like Zapier or similar platforms.
- Experience with authentication and integration technologies such as SSO, SAML, SWA, OAuth, LDAP, API, and scripting in Python, as well as managing Unifi networks and Fortigate firewalls.
- Proven ability in vendor relations, license management, and procurement for IT equipment and services.
- Zero-Touch IT experience — designing and managing automated onboarding and offboarding processes.
What you’ll get in return:
- We offer a competitive salary that is based on your experience level and a great benefits package.
- Sports compensation, or additional health insurance, and extra vacation days after the 3rd year of employment.
- Based on the performance, a 6-week paid sabbatical after 4 years of working at Inbank.
- Interesting and challenging working environment with opportunities to develop professionally.
- A hybrid, agile and autonomous working environment.
- Team events and additional perks.
At Inbank, we strive to have an inclusive and diverse working environment, so we welcome you to apply even if you do not match all the points here, but think you would do well.
