Due to our growth ambitions, we are looking for a talented Sales Manager (external sales)  in Czech Republic.

Are you passionate about building strong relationships and driving sales growth?
As a Sales Manager, External Sales at Inbank, you’ll play a key role in expanding our business partner network across the Czech Republic. This is a dynamic role where you’ll be working closely with our business partners, helping them succeed and ensuring they have all the tools and knowledge they need to grow with us.

 

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Training and developing business sales networks across the Czech Republic.
  • Increasing awareness of the brand, products, and collaboration opportunities.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with partners' headquarters, facilitating communication on cooperation and current developments.
  • Taking responsibility for achieving sales and quality targets with both acquired and assigned business partners.
  • Actively identifying and acquiring new business partners.
  • Building and sustaining long-term relationships by addressing partners' needs, delivering high-quality service, and providing operational support.
  • Establishing and overseeing the implementation of quality standards that strengthen the brand image and enhance partner satisfaction.
  • Streamlining and optimizing sales processes to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to design and implement innovative product solutions.
  • Analyzing market trends and identifying potential growth opportunities to support long-term sales expansion and reinforce the bank’s market position.

 

To be successful  in the role, you bring ideally the following skills with you:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in sales or relationship management with B2B clients, preferably in the insurance or banking sector.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
  • Strong understanding of the financial advisory market and individual sales networks.
  • A results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in negotiation techniques and the ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and interpret market data effectively.
  • A valid driver’s license with active driving experience.
