IT Project Manager

About the Role
We're looking for a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from kickoff to delivery. You'll coordinate teams, manage timelines and budgets, and keep stakeholders aligned as projects move through planning, execution, and close-out.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end project planning, including scope, timeline, budget, and resourcing. Run regular status meetings and provide clear, concise updates to stakeholders and leadership. Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans before they become blockers. Coordinate across engineering, design, and business teams to keep deliverables on track. Maintain project documentation, including roadmaps, RAID logs, and post-mortems. Manage vendor and third-party relationships where relevant to project scope.

Requirements
3-5 years of project management experience, ideally in a fast-paced or cross-functional environment. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar). PMP or similar certification is a plus but not required. Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
