What You'll Do As a People Analyst Specialist

As an advisor to HR Leadership and the business, you'll collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to realize strategic analytics initiatives, conduct people research, and experiment to solve critical business and HR challenges. Key focus areas include predicting great hires, turnover, and supporting employee engagement goals.

In this dynamic, fast-paced environment, you'll work with a diverse group of smart individuals, demonstrating strong teamwork, adaptability, and curiosity. As a data-driven People Analytics Specialist, you will thrive on challenges and make a meaningful impact within an international, ambitious, yet informal setting.

Our Technology Stack

Our tech stack includes an ever-evolving range of systems and technologies, and we have the freedom to choose the best solution for each challenge. We actively invest in exploring, adopting, and developing new technologies that add value.

Currently, our team utilizes Python to build and manage data infrastructure, ETLs, and data integrity, ensuring secure data flows across databases and servers in multiple environments like Elastic, AWS, and SQL. You'll also build and enhance existing reporting solutions on Qlik and Python.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in People Analytics or Analytical Advisory roles
• BS, MS, or Ph.D. in an analytical/quantitative/psychology-related field of study
• Excellent analytical, project management and communication skills
• Experience in data analysis/ visualization using preferably Python, SQL, and Qlik
• Ability to work successfully in a fast-moving and competitive environment
• Desire to work in a team environment is a must.
