About the Role

IMC is looking for an Office Assistant to support our rapidly growing London office. 
In this role, you will be the first point of contact and host for both external and internal visitors.

Working closely with the Managing Director and HR, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities and events, alongside ensuring the office runs smoothly and at a high standard.

We are seeking a proactive candidate who is an energetic team player, well-organized, loyal, and flexible.
The successful candidate will be required to be present in the office five days a week, to ensure smooth daily operations.

Your Core Responsibilities:
• Acting as host for both internal and external visitors, including preparing passes and coordinating with the reception desk
• Booking travel arrangements / itineraries
• Handling telephone and email traffic
• Managing incoming and outgoing (express) mail/couriers
• Being the contact person for several suppliers, including courier services
• Organising and coordinating office training, events and meetings
• Supporting the management team and other employees with various tasks and projects as required
• Managing the stock of office supplies
• Coordinating the booking of meeting rooms and keeping them tidy as well as the other office shared spaces
• Acting as the main point of contact with the landlord, addressing facilities, and other office-related issues
• Ensuring the smooth operation of the office by overseeing the above-mentioned responsibilities and promptly resolving any issues.

Your Skills and Experience:
• Experience in a client-facing role within an international corporate environment, particularly in industries such as finance or consulting (e.g., Corporate Receptionist or Office Assistant).
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor Degree is a plus, preferably in a relevant area of study
