Women in Trading & Technology 2026 - Expression of Interest

Amsterdam, Netherlands

Location: Amsterdam Office

Dates: 21 & 22 April 2026

At IMC, we believe that diverse perspectives drive innovation. That’s why we developed Women in Trading & Technology (WiTT), a two-day programme designed to inspire, empower, and equip female students to explore opportunities in trading and technology, while opening conversations about representation and inclusion in our industry.

Over the course of two days, you will:

  • Experience trading and technology first-hand through interactive workshops with our traders and engineers, combined with expert-led sessions to sharpen your analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Engage in diversity-focused workshops and open discussions on the challenges women face in the industry and explore how you can help close the gender gap
  • Learn from senior women at IMC as they share their career journeys, experiences, and advice for navigating a career in trading and technology
  • Build your network by connecting with like-minded students and professionals passionate about creating a more inclusive future

Who we are looking for:

  • Female students (STEM) graduating between 2025 and 2028 from universities in Europe or the UK
  • Curious and ambitious individuals who want to explore a career in trading or technology
  • Students who are eager to learn from experts, build their skills, and engage in honest conversations about diversity and representation

Important to note:

This is an Expression of Interest, not a formal application. Applications are expected to open in early 2026. By registering your interest now, you will be among the first to hear when applications go live, and we will notify you directly via email.

Please note that we cannot offer visa sponsorship for participation our programmes.
