Global Marketing Project Manager

Amsterdam, Netherlands

We are seeking an experienced, strategic Global Marketing Project Manager ready to take on a high-impact role at the forefront of innovation, talent engagement, and brand building.

This is a unique opportunity to lead the end-to-end development and rollout of Prosperity - our proprietary global trading challenge - while also spearheading activations tied to major sponsorships and building a unified merchandise strategy across our global offices.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have a passion for strategic project execution, and are driven by making a global impact, this could be your next role.

Responsibilities:

Prosperity – our proprietary global trading challenge

  • Lead the redevelopment of Prosperity from initial concept through to global launch in 2026.
  • Partner with agencies, internal marketing experts, and technical teams (traders and engineers) to reimagine the platform's front and back-end experience.
  • Continuously align with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure a smooth process and successful output.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to attract and engage our STEM target audience, driving strong registration numbers.
  • Manage the global launch and delivery of the challenge, ensuring an exceptional experience for all participants.

Sponsorship activation – NeurIPS 2025

  • Collaborate with the Global Sponsorship Manager and regional talent teams to activate our partnership with the NeurIPS conference in December 2025.
  • Oversee the design and production of a standout booth and supporting marketing assets.
  • Design and implement pre-, during-, and post-event engagement plans to maximize brand impact and audience interaction.

Global merchandise strategy

  • Develop and execute a unified global merchandise strategy, ensuring consistent brand representation across all offices.
  • Coordinate with regional stakeholders to roll out merchandise that aligns with our identity, resonates with local teams, and supports brand cohesion.

Your skills and experience

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing and project management, with a proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Comfortable engaging with technical product development, able to provide input on platform functionality and translate complex concepts internally.
  • Experienced in working with creative agencies, ideally within an agile framework.
  • Background in navigating complex, global organizations, managing diverse stakeholder groups, including board-level executives.
  • Strong storytelling and exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Highly collaborative, capable of balancing multiple global projects simultaneously and driving them to completion.
  • Autonomous and self-motivated, with the confidence to take ownership and thrive in a performance-driven culture.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally to offices across the US, APAC, and Europe as needed.
