University Trading Recruiter

We are seeking a University Recruiter to join our university recruitment team and help drive IMC's graduate and intern talent acquisition strategy. In this role, you will play a critical role in assessing and hiring top-tier talent, supporting IMC's continued growth, and sustaining our competitive edge in the fast-paced trading industry. By partnering with hiring managers, interviewers, and internal teams, you will execute initiatives to evaluate, engage, and hire exceptional students for trading roles, ensuring alignment with IMC's vision and values.

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the recruiting process for university trading roles, including screening, interviewing, offer management and continued engagement.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience at every stage, ensuring transparency, speed, and professionalism.
  • Partner with trader interviewers and hiring managers to evaluate candidate performance and facilitate hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a strong flow of qualified trading candidates into the trading interview pipeline.
  • Work closely with Recruiting Operations to ensure flawless execution of interviews, logistics and communication workflows.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and provide input on the university trading recruiting strategy.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying challenges and suggesting enhancements to workflows.
  • Participate in post-season reviews to evaluate hiring outcomes and recommend process refinements.
  • Track key metrics to assess pipeline health, anticipating risks and taking action to resolve execution-related challenges
  • Work with internal marketing teams to develop messaging that resonates with trading candidates and highlights IMC’s unique strengths.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within university recruiting.
  • Experience with high-caliber talent in a fast-paced, competitive job market.
  • Proven ability to manage and evaluate a pipeline of strong candidates through structured interview processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with a team and business stakeholders.
  • Experience using recruiting metrics to evaluate pipeline health, identify process improvements, and support hiring decisions.
  • Flexible team player with a growth mindset who can reprioritize and pivot tasks in dynamic environments.
  • Experience with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems is a plus

The Base Salary range for the role is included below. Salary Range

$90,000 - $140,000 USD
