
Workday Specialist
IMC is looking for a Workday HRIS Specialist to join our HRIS team and play a key role in optimizing our HR processes. Joining a global team of Workday specialists, you will work closely with key HR stakeholders and have the responsibility for ensuring Workday is optimally configured to support our HR processes. Using your in-depth knowledge of Workday business processes and security, along with know-how of key modules such as HCM and Reporting, you will ensure we are making the most of available system functionality while making processes as efficient as possible.
IMC has long been a full suite user of Workday to support our HR, Procurement and Finance processes. This role will give you the opportunity to learn from the best Workday minds out there, learn about new Workday modules, be involved with Workday design groups and fast follower programs, and shape the HR systems for the future.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the global team, you will co-own the HRIS suite of tools used within IMC
- Configuring Workday HCM process to meet the needs of our teams, and make suggestions on how configurations can be further improved
- Coaching key stakeholders such as HR generalists to make optimal use of the HR systems
- Making Workday processes as efficient and automated as possible
- Reviewing available and new functionality of Workday to check we are making the best use of all functionalities
- Configuring Workday to allow it to optimally support the future growth of IMC and our HR teams.
Your Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of in-depth Workday HCM experience, including Core, business processes, reporting, and security
- Familiarity with at least one additional Workday HR module (Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation & Payroll)
- Strong ability to collaborate with key users, develop processes, and drive improvements.
- Passion for HR tech innovations and continuous learning
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to translate business needs into tech solutions
- Agile team experience and mentoring skills are a plus
- Self-driven mindset with a focus on innovation

The Base Salary range for the role is included below. Base salary is only one component of total compensation; all full-time, permanent positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and benefits, including paid leave and insurance.
