This position is based in Rennes, France.
Within our People Partnering (HR) team, you will be a key contributor to our day-to-day HR operations. This 6-month internship offers a comprehensive and hands-on overview of human resources, working closely with internal and external stakeholders based in France.
Key Responsibilities
Personnel Administration & Onboarding
- Handle personnel administration tasks (occupational health visits, health insurance, meal vouchers, pre-hiring declarations, on-call tracking).
- Prepare variable payroll elements for the payroll team.
- Support the onboarding of new employees (administrative files, internal tools, first-day coordination).
HR Information Systems
- Administer and update data in Personio.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of system settings for the French scope.
Reporting
- Produce and monitor key HR indicators (headcount, absenteeism, turnover).
Training
- Handle the administrative follow-up of training files with the OPCO.
Recruitment & Internships
- Coordinate observation internship campaigns.
- Provide ad hoc support to recruitment activities.
Preferred Experience
- Master's level student (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Employment Law, Management, or a Business School with an HR specialisation
- Comfortable with office tools (especially Excel); prior experience with an HRIS is a plus
- Rigorous, organised, and able to manage multiple topics simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional discretion
- Operational level of English appreciated (international environment)
