This position is based in Munich, Germany.

 

As part of the Revenue Operations function, our future Revenue Strategy Manager will be grounded in customer context with a strong focus on improving forecasting and driving commercial outcomes. Working hand in hand with the FP&A team, this role is adamant in connecting commercial results, customer stakes, and data.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own forecast accuracy: Diagnose data gaps and improve predictability across the different revenue pipelines.
  • Be a driving force to harmonize Revenue Operations and FP&A.
  • Carry out pipeline performance review and risk diagnostics to identify pipeline risks and growth levers. 
  • Engage Sales leaders to improve predictability and outcomes.
  • Reconcile customer and product insights to build the "why" behind the numbers by connecting commercial data to customer context: what changed, what will happen next, and what actions are required.
  • Build peer benchmarks through different cohorts to identify uplift potential and strengthen negotiation positions.
  • Hands-on modeling: create and maintain models in Excel/Sheets; scale repeatability with SQL/Python where useful.
  • Leverage AI & LLM-native workflows to improve analytical workstreams for faster diagnostics, structured commentary and scenario summaries, with strong QA discipline and measurable time-to-insight gains.
  • Drive change to bring results: Engage and influence Sales, Customer Support, FP&A and Product functions to adopt improved forecasting inputs and decisioning.

 

Preferred Experience

  • minimum 3-4 years of experience in Financial analytics, Consulting, or Strategy roles with heavy quantitative problem-solving.
  • Excellent financial modelling skills.
  • AI and LLM fluency, with a proven track record of successful and fruitful implementation.
  • Strong data analytics and stewardship skills with working knowledge of SQL for analysis and validation.
  • Strong understanding of core SaaS revenue metrics and motions (ARR/MRR, bookings, GRR/NRR, renewals/expansion) and how they tie into forecasting and decision-making.
  • Business Intelligence literacy: hands-on experience using BI tools (e.g., Tableau) to explore data and communicate insights.
  • Structured thinking mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management to drive change cross-functionally.
  • High level of professional English is required.
