This position is opened in our office locations: Berlin or Munich, Germany; Rennes, France; Iaşi, Romania; London, England.

 

The Salesforce Technical Lead provides technical expertise, leadership, and guidance for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our Salesforce platform. This role ensures scalable, high-quality solutions that meet business needs while maintaining best practices in security, governance, and system performance.

 

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

  • Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap,
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owner, and Salesforce Admin to validate business requirements, considering security, scalability, and platform limits,
  • Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, ensuring best practices and seamless deployment from Sandbox to Production,
  • Play a key role in guiding the organization’s transition from an unstructured ad-hoc delivery model to a structured Agile approach,
  • Develop custom solutions, integrations, and Proofs of Concept (POCs) for internal users,
  • Act as a technical advisor, ensuring clear communication and alignment between technical and business needs,
  • Provide technical documentation for all implemented Salesforce solutions.

Platform Management and Development

  • Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations)
  • Implement flows, automations, and validation rules, optimizing platform performance, scalability, and security
  • Monitor Salesforce releases to manage risks, leverage new features, and maintain a future-proof platform
  • Manage and enhance Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, ensuring seamless user experience and efficient processes
  • Guide platform administration by improving user management, flow optimization, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure best practices in environment management, release management, code versioning, and deployment

 

Preferred Experience

Technical Skills

  • 4+ years of Salesforce experience with expertise in Apex, Flows, integrations, platform limitations, and designing scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications are highly desirable; other Salesforce certifications are a plus
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, including integrations with HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and multiple project deliveries
  • Strong understanding of environment and release management, deployment best practices, and integration with ERP, billing, BI, and other systems
  • Familiarity with Platform Events and event-driven architecture is a plus
  • Demonstrates curiosity and engagement with emerging technologies to future-proof the Salesforce platform
