Temporary administrative data intern - Commercial Agreements & CRM Cleanup (f/m/d)

Role Overview:

We are urgently seeking three Temporary Data Support Interns for 3 months to assist with a time-sensitive data clean-up project. The project focuses on manually collecting commercial agreement data from our Salesforce CRM in a Master Data collection file. Once completed, this project will ensure accurate information for revenue and cash flow planning. The candidates will be guided by a central project management team and must have a strong understanding of commercial agreements and data entry processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Collection & Entry:
  • Manually gather, validate, and enter data from the Salesforce CRM or from commercial documents (offers, contracts) into a Master data file (XLS format)
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness with minimal oversight, following the guidelines provided by the project management team.
  • Commercial Agreement Handling:
  • Understand the context and contractual elements (framework, order agreements) such as pricing, payment terms, and commercial conditions.
  • Process Execution:
  • Identify potential issues or inconsistencies in the data and report them to the project management team for resolution.

 

Qualifications:
  • Experience:
  • Strong understanding of commercial agreements (offers, contracts) and their financial implications.
  • Experience with a CRM system (ideally Salesforce).
  • Skills:
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and data accuracy.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Quick learner and able to hit the ground running.
  • Proactive and flexible in adapting to shifting priorities and tasks.
