As part of the Solution Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in helping our prospects and customers comprehend the technical advantages of our services. Collaborating closely with our Sales & Accounts Teams, your primary objective will be to facilitate customer conversations and sales engagements centered around IDnow technology and services. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and innovative industry, shaping the future of our solutions and contributing to our overall success.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing technical Pre-Sales activities and developing business opportunities with potential customers
- Showcase the power of our technology through engaging demonstrations, and overseeing successful pilots and trials
- Support our Sales Team with technical requests during the sales process
- Provide ongoing technical support for customers during integration and testing process
- Attend meetings with new customers to determine technical and business requirements
- Act as trusted advisor for our customers regarding their demands on our product or possibilities of adjustments or integrations, by building close and trusted relationships with them
- Work closely with our Sales and IT department to ensure smooth customer onboarding
- Stay ahead of the curve by continuously learning and adapting to the evolving landscape of IDnow and competitor technologies
Preferred Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, Presales, Sales, Technical Account Management roles. Understanding of Know Your Customer (KYC) concepts across various verticals like Financial Service, Gambling, Mobility, Telco would be a plus.
- You excel at identifying the technical benefits for a defined set of business and technical problems. Your ability to provide innovative solutions and finesse in gaining buy-in from all levels will be key to your success in this role
- As a clear and effective communicator, you'll have the skill to explain complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Professional, customer oriented appearance and strong problem-solving competency
- Autonomous, solutions oriented, and curious, you can prioritize your work and organize yourself effectively
- Sharing is caring: you will work in a team and you love sharing good practices and helping your colleagues grow
- Exposure to integration technologies like APIs, SDKs...
- Knowledge of web development (frontend/backend) would be a plus
- Bilingual in French and English
