Role Overview

The Internal Sales Support role is responsible for generating new business opportunities by engaging with prospective clients, building strong relationships, and scheduling qualified meetings for the onshore sales team. This is a proactive outbound sales support position that requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to represent the company effectively throughout the customer journey.

The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for potential clients, creating a positive first impression while identifying opportunities and ensuring qualified appointments are booked for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing accounts.
  • Build rapport and establish strong professional relationships with decision-makers.
  • Generate qualified sales opportunities by scheduling meetings for the onshore sales team.
  • Learn and understand the company's different sales channels and target markets.
  • Identify the appropriate contact within each business and tailor conversations accordingly.
  • Ask insightful questions to understand client needs and uncover opportunities.
  • Accurately capture customer information and maintain CRM records.
  • Follow up with prospects where required to nurture relationships.
  • Represent the company professionally during every customer interaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the onshore sales team to ensure smooth handovers of qualified leads.
  • Work efficiently during US business hours to align with the sales team and customer availability.

  • Demonstrate resilience and persistence when engaging prospective clients.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach.
  • Be comfortable working US business hours.

Working Hours

  • Must be available to work US business hours.
  • Flexibility and reliability are essential to support the onshore sales team effectively.
