Shift Timing: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST
Working Days: Monday to Friday

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in taxation, licensing, and payroll audits, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across different business functions and geographies. This role requires close coordination with stakeholders across various US states, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities
•    Ensure compliance with taxation laws, licensing requirements, and statutory regulations.
•    Perform and support payroll audits, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
•    Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders across multiple US states.
•    Monitor and track compliance obligations, ensuring timely reporting and issue resolution.
•    Work collaboratively across different business units within the GSM business.
•    Maintain accurate documentation and records related to compliance activities.
•    Identify risks, gaps, and areas of improvement in compliance processes.
•    Stay updated with changes in relevant laws and regulations.

Key Requirements
•    Strong working knowledge of taxation, licensing, and payroll audits.
•    Prior experience in a compliance or related role is preferred.
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
•    Strong coordination skills with cross-functional and international teams.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    High attention to detail and organizational skills.
•    Flexibility to work in evening/night shifts.
