Greenstaff Home Care is hiring a Lead CNA to support caregiver onboarding, compliance, field supervision, and engagement within our home care operations.

This role sets the tone for culture and serves as a key support resource for our Care Partners (CPs). The Lead CNA helps ensure caregivers feel heard, supported, and aligned with our mission while maintaining strong quality and compliance standards.

This position may also work shifts as a backup when needed to support clients and maintain continuity of care.

 

Responsibilities

• Lead caregiver orientation and onboarding
• Conduct field supervisions and skills validations
• Maintain compliant personnel documentation
• Track in-services, credentials, and evaluations
• Support caregiver engagement and retention
• Reinforce company values and standards
• Assist with audit readiness and regulatory compliance
• Partner with scheduling and operations teams
• Work shifts as needed to support client coverage

 

Qualifications

• Active CNA license required
• Experience in home care, home health, or senior care preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with documentation systems
• Reliable transportation and ability to conduct field visits
