Job Title: Data Administrator
Location: Gurgaon, India
Job Purpose
To research GP practices within designated geographical areas and systematically collect, verify, & maintain accurate data relating to single-handed partnerships, partner demographics, contact details, and latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) ratings. The role requires accurate data entry and ongoing maintenance of a live spreadsheet database.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and compile a comprehensive list of GP practices within allocated geographical areas.
- Review GP practice websites and publicly available information sources to:
- Identify single-handed partnerships.
- Identify practice partners and, where possible, determine partners aged 55+.
- Source and verify:
- Practice contact details (address, phone, email etc where available).
- Latest CQC rating and inspection date via the Care Quality Commission website.
- Input and maintain all collected data accurately into a live spreadsheet/database.
- Ensure all data is:
- Accurate
- Consistently formatted
- Up to date
- Flag incomplete or unclear information for follow-up research.
- Conduct periodic data validation checks to ensure ongoing accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with GDPR and data protection standards.
- Provide summary updates or progress reports as required.
Key Skills & Experience
Essential
- Strong internet research skills.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience using Excel or Google Sheets (including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas).
- Ability to interpret publicly available professional information.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Desirable
- Experience working with healthcare data or GP practices.
- Familiarity with CQC ratings and reporting structures.
- Experience with CRM systems or live databases.
- Understanding of UK primary care structures.
