Job Summary: To develop and grow both relationships and revenue within the region ensuring that we continue to further our mission of Improving Patient Care. With a full understanding of the role and the business, grow the region in line with company targets whilst delivering a timely & robust recruitment service to both candidates & clients alike with a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Complex Care Team and Payroll to ensure contract terms
are adhered to and that payroll reflects the correct service provision. Communicate effectively
with all internal stakeholders to address any concerns related to contract management, billing,
or service delivery. - Contract Review: Review contracts to identify and mitigate any potential risks or concerns.
- Service Monitoring: Check client contracts against weekly ROTAs to ensure accurate service
provision, scrutinizing shifts to confirm correct rates and adequate coverage. - Contract End Monitoring: Collaboration: Work closely with the complex care team and payroll to
ensure seamless contract management. - Contract Review: Review Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and other contracts to identify and
mitigate any potential risks or concerns. - Service Monitoring: Check client contracts against weekly ROTAs to ensure accurate service
provision, scrutinizing shifts to confirm correct rates and adequate coverage. - Contract End Monitoring: Monitor the end dates of contracts to ensure continuous support for
service users requiring extended care. - Quotation Preparation: Draw up quotes for new packages of care, ensuring competitive and
accurate pricing. - Inbox Management: Monitor the contract inbox, ensuring all documents are uploaded to the
central database for each package of care. - Database Maintenance: Maintain the central database, ensuring all contract-related information
is up-to-date and easily accessible. - Spreadsheet Management: Manage a central spreadsheet, updating it with any changes to care
packages to ensure accurate and current information. - Rate Verification: Ensure accurate billing by validating that the agreed-upon rates are applied to
each package of care and identifying any discrepancies in shift coverage or rates - Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all package activities, including
shift changes, contract start and end dates etc.
Experience:
- Proven experience in contract administration or a similar role, ideally within the
finance, legal or healthcare sector. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to
interact professionally with clients and candidates. - Organizational Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in using various computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and
other relevant software. - Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain
relationships. - Experience with Contracts: Familiarity with systems and tools used in healthcare recruitment.
- Professionalism: Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
- Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and priorities.
- Accountability: Consistently delivering on commitments and promises. Being dependable &
ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met. Taking charge of both successes and
