Job Summary:
As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for developing and growing both relationships and revenue within the region ensuring that we continue to further our mission of Improving Patient Care. With a full understanding of the role and the business, grow the region in line with company targets whilst delivering a timely & robust recruitment service to both candidates & clients alike with a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Managing Pipeline
• Recruitments – getting referrals
• Applying DBS
• Schedule interviews for candidates
• Coordinating with Sales to get workers booked
• Take Live calls from CRT
• Pick incoming calls
• Obtaining compliance documents from candidates in the pipeline
• Ensuring documents are correct and verified
• Deal with candidate queries on compliance
  
  

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills are a must.
• Committed to a high level of service delivery for clients and candidates
• Grad/UG with a minimum of 1 Year of International Voice Process/International Recruitment experience may apply.                          
• Candidate should be ok to work in UK shifts.
• Candidates are also required to have the ability to priorities their workload

• Have good knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
