Learning and Development Trainer

Job Summary: The role will be responsible for working closely with business stakeholders and other members of the L&D Team to design, deliver and evaluate learning initiatives that ensure all employees have access to the development they require to be effective in their roles aligning with the Group’s business strategy. The role will be primarily supporting our sales function to enhance the overall learning experience and ultimately enhance performance.
Experience and/or Qualifications
This position will require a demonstrated ability to:
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communicator, able to clearly explain learning concepts to various audiences.
Strong Analytical Skills: Adept at using data to evaluate learning outcomes and make improvements.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional at building relationships and influencing stakeholders across all levels.
Adaptability and Flexibility: Comfortable adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Problem-Solving: Creative in finding solutions to complex learning challenges that meet business needs.
Culture of Learning: Promotes a culture of learning within the organization.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience delivering instructor-led and virtual training programmes.
3. Experience designing onboarding, orientation, and job-specific learning interventions.
4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, ideally supporting operations teams.
5. Experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment, sales or service delivery is desirable
Experience:
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in training, L&D, or talent development (sales & recruitment training experience preferred)
