Job Title: Booking Consultant, Greenstaff Medical.
Location: Gurugram, India

Job Summary:
To develop and grow both relationships and revenue within the region, ensuring that we continue to further our mission of Improving Patient Care. With a full understanding of the role and the business, grow the region in line with company targets with a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities: -
Sales & Client Service Delivery
Client-Facing Sales and Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Service is calling all clients to understand the demand and staffing they need
Day-to-day Sales Operations
Perform the daily sales activities, including calls to candidates and clients to book the day-to-day shifts for the nurses.
Ensure excellent customer service and alignment between sales and client service delivery.
Accountability for Hours Booked
Booking the target hours on a day-to-day basis.
KPI Support Delivery
Perform the sales activities, such as hours booked and call numbers.
Ensure KPIs are met and aligned with company goals.
Operations Management
Adoption and Utilization of Processes and Systems
Usage of ICG Medical’s processes and systems for effective sales management.
Building Relationships with Stakeholders
Establish and maintain strong relationships with the stakeholders.

Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills are a must.
• Candidate must be a graduate. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Candidates with a minimum of 1 Year of International Voice Process/International Customer Service or Sales experience.
• Strong sales and client relationship management skills.
• The candidate must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
