Job Summary:
We are looking for a Finance Executive to assist with processing invoices, settling credit cards, and ensuring proper invoice coding. The intern will collaborate with internal departments to resolve accounts payable issues, communicate with vendors, prepare payment batches, support month-end closing tasks, and maintain accounts reports.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing invoices and verifying accuracy
• To settle credit cards
• Help ensure all invoices are coded properly
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues related to accounts payable
• Communicate effectively with vendors regarding invoice and payment inquiries
• Assist in preparing payment batches and processing payments to vendor
• Provide support for month-end closing tasks
• Assist with tracking and maintaining the various accounts report

Qualifications:

• Com, holding a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in finance and accounts payable functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis is a plus).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and independently when required.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
