＜主な業務内容＞

法人営業および人材コンサルタントとして、企業の採用支援と候補者支援を担当いただきます。

 

■ 候補者対応（リクルーティング）

・求人媒体、データベース、SNS等を活用した候補者サーチ

・候補者との面談、経験・志向・希望条件のヒアリング

・候補者パイプラインの構築および継続的な関係構築

 

■ 法人対応（営業・採用支援）

・クライアント企業の採用ニーズの把握

・求人内容や組織課題の理解

・要件に沿った候補者紹介および採用支援

・クライアントとの継続的なコミュニケーション

 

■ 採用プロセス管理

・面接日程の調整、選考進捗の管理

・候補者、クライアント双方へのフォロー

・社内システム上でのデータ管理、レポーティング

No Experience / Second New Graduate Welcome】Human Resources Consultant (Corporate Sales / Recruitment)  

A job that supports the advancement of future treatment and drug discovery through the power of people and organizations  

 

This is a position where you can enhance your expertise as a consultant while learning the basics of corporate sales and recruitment.  

 

In this position, you will gradually gain an understanding of the talent market, proposal skills, and interpersonal negotiation abilities in the medical and life sciences industry, while handling both client company recruitment support and candidate support.  

Even those with no sales experience or experience in the HR industry can learn practical skills through on-the-job training (OJT) and steadily grow in this environment.  

 

Additionally, it is attractive to build a career at the Japan branch of a global group while being exposed to an international perspective.  

English at a daily conversation level is sufficient. We also welcome those with no experience or second new graduates.  

 

■ Location: Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo  

 

<Main Job Responsibilities>  

As a corporate sales and human resources consultant, you will be responsible for supporting both corporate recruitment and candidate support.  

 

■ Candidate Support (Recruiting)  

- Search for candidates using job boards, databases, and social media  

- Conduct interviews with candidates to hear about their experience, preferences, and desired conditions  

- Build and continuously maintain a candidate pipeline  

 

■ Corporate Support (Sales / Recruitment Assistance)  

- Understand client companies' recruitment needs  

- Grasp job descriptions and organizational challenges  

- Introduce candidates that meet requirements and support hiring  

- Maintain ongoing communication with clients  

 

■ Recruitment Process Management  

- Coordinate interview schedules and manage selection progress  

- Follow up with both candidates and clients  

- Manage data and reporting in the internal system
