Working hours: 15h00 - 00h00 Mon - Fri

Job Summary:
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our mission to source nurses across various specialties, midwives, and home care/healthcare workers. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and making a positive impact in the healthcare industry, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:
✅ Handling inbound/outbound calls
✅ Interact with customers/clients through phone or e-mail and managing all queries, requests and complaints
✅ Permanent/Contract placements of Doctors/Physicians/Specialists
✅ Sourcing of new clients/business
✅ To assist and provide the highest standard of customer care
✅ Achieving daily/ weekly and monthly KPI’s and hours target.
✅ Supervising a small Team
Qualifications:
🧰 Perm Recruitment experience in Locums Healthcare
🧰 US Healthcare experience is incredibly beneficial
🧰 Excellent communications skills.
🧰 Committed to a high level of service delivery for clients and candidates.
🧰 Dedicated and reliable with strong attention to detail.
🧰 Team Leader experience/Senior Recruitment of 2-4 Years
🧰 Applicants with a strong desire to work in a fast paced, high energy and vibrant environment.
🧰 Ambitious, financially driven and talented communicators who are capable of delivering excellent customer service in a target driven role.
🧰 Due to the hours of work, your own vehicle will be required
