As we expand our presence in the UK market, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Consultant to join our team in Bellville, Cape Town.
Job Summary:
As an Associate Consultant for our UK division, you will be responsible for driving growth and establishing strategic partnerships with healthcare facilities to promote and sell our temporary nursing contracts through the Greenstaff Complex Care brand. Your primary focus will be on expanding our client base and increasing revenue by leveraging your expertise in business development and sales.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products/services
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
- Gather key information about prospects’ needs, timelines, and decision-making processes
- Schedule appointments or consultations for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system
- Follow up with warm leads and re-engage older prospects
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Collaborate closely with sales to improve lead quality and conversion
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
- Stay up to date on product knowledge to communicate value effectively
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Lead Generator, Appointment Setter, Call Centre Agent, preferably in healthcare recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone presence and ability to handle high outbound call volumes
- Target-driven with a strong sense of motivation and resilience
- Ability to quickly understand customer needs and articulate value
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is an advantage
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Able to work independently while contributing to team goals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Matric / Grade 12 (required); additional sales or marketing training is beneficial
