Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months of experience in their current role, with a proven track record of consistent performance in sales or recruitment. This role involves leading and mentoring a team of recruitment consultants, driving performance to meet targets, and collaborating with onshore teams to develop and implement new processes. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities: -

Role and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the onshore team to develop a new delivery/resourcing structure in the UK/India
• Successfully implement new processes and deliver growth with the onshore delivery team
• Drive performance to achieve individual targets
• Ensure the team prioritizes their daily and weekly tasks
• Maintaining individual goals effectively
• Monitor and analyze recruitment and sales goals/KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with onshore managers and internal stakeholders to streamline processes and improve outcomes
• Support management in driving key initiatives and projects
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current Role: Recruitment Consultant (minimum level) or above
• Experience: At least 1 year in the current role with a minimum of 2 years of consistent performance in a sales/recruitment role.
• Performance: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed targets
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively collaborate with onshore leaders, teams, and clients
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
