About the Role
We’re looking for a high-performing HR Generalist to join a fast-growing global healthcare staffing organisation supporting our US operations. This isn’t a routine HR desk role. You’ll be the go-to expert for everything HR, from onboarding and compliance to engagement and performance management, helping build high-performing recruitment teams.

What You’ll Do

• End-to-End HR Operations: Own onboarding, lifecycle changes, and exits with precision and empathy. Conduct orientation sessions that connect new hires to purpose, not just policy
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Be the trusted voice for employees during the US shift. Resolve issues, build engagement, and drive a culture of transparency and performance.
• Benefits & Compliance: Administer employee benefits accurately and ensure adherence to all relevant Indian and international labour standards.
• Performance Management: Partner with managers to strengthen individual and team performance.
• Policy & Process Excellence: Develop and enforce HR policies that balance compliance with practical business needs. Maintain impeccable HR data integrity across HRIS platforms.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with global HR, finance, and operations teams to deliver a seamless employee experience across time zones.

What We’re Looking For
✅ Minimum 6 years of proven experience in HR generalist/HR operations roles (preferably in recruitment, BPO or call centre environments).
✅ Exceptional English communication skills (verbal & written).
✅ Strong knowledge of HR systems, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
✅ Confident handling sensitive employee relations matters independently.
✅ Results-driven mindset with hunger for success, career growth, and leadership potential.
✅ Willingness to work the US shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST) consistently.
