Job Summary:
As a Healthcare Recruiter at Greenstaff Medical USA International, you will be integral to our recruitment process, focusing on sourcing and placing healthcare professionals across the United States. This role demands a proactive approach to managing the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring superior customer service and accomplishing weekly and daily KPIs.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment of Healthcare Professionals
- Meet the needs of hospitals and healthcare providers across the USA
- Oversee the recruitment process for healthcare professionals, ensuring that the right candidates are selected to meet the staffing needs of hospitals across the US
- Employ various sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in the healthcare sector
Sourcing Process Management
- Develop and implement effective sourcing processes to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment workflow
- Continuously assess and refine sourcing methods to improve the quality and speed of hires
Information Accuracy and Timely Fulfilment
- Gather and verify accurate information from candidates and hiring managers to ensure job requirements are clearly understood and that candidates are qualified and motivated
- Ensure accurate and updated information is captured in our internal ATS system, sales force.
- Fill open positions within established timelines, adhering to the predefined recruitment schedule and requirements
Professional Telephone Etiquette and Customer Care
- Maintain a high standard of telephone etiquette during interactions with candidates and clients
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
Meeting Daily and weekly KPIs
- Meeting daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is a crucial aspect of maintaining productivity, tracking progress, and achieving business goals
- Meet targets in line with deliverables candidate submissions, phone time, , quality of candidate, interviews and placements
Position Closure through Rigorous Follow-Ups
- Conduct thorough and consistent follow-ups to ensure the successful closure of open positions within the target hire dates
- Manage candidate interactions and updates to ensure a smooth recruitment process
Pipeline/Database Creation
- Create and maintain a comprehensive pipeline or database for managing healthcare professionals, particularly physicians, to streamline client management and recruitment efforts
- Utilize the database to track candidate status, manage relationships, and ensure efficient placement processes
Professional Candidate Interaction
- Engage with candidates in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner
- Offer support and guidance throughout the recruitment process to enhance the candidate experience
Team support and Collaboration
- Take charge of recruitment situations as needed, providing guidance and support to team members
- Interact well and professionally with all internal and external stakeholders
- Assist colleagues with complex issues or tasks, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
- Partner effectively with shared services departments, marketing, payroll, and HR to ensure a seamless process for candidates and clients
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and writing skills are a must.
- Committed to a high level of service delivery for clients and candidates.
- Grad/PG with a minimum of 1 Year of International Voice Process/International Recruitment experience may apply.
- Candidate should be ok to work in US shifts.
- Immigration/ Visa counselling experience is preferred.
