Job Summary:
We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused OOH Consultant to join our Gurugram team. In this role, you’ll recruit nurses, midwives, and healthcare professionals across various specialties while ensuring exceptional client and candidate experiences in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲: 𝗔𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻 𝗢𝗢𝗛 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁, 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝘃𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀. 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound/outbound calls and respond promptly to client and candidate queries.
• Book nurses and healthcare staff for shifts across departments and handle cancellations efficiently.
• Ensuring client is kept informed on the replacement and or the candidate is kept informed regarding the shift cancellation and all is documented on the system.
• Maintain professional, courteous communication while upholding ICG Medical values.
• Source new clients and business opportunities through proactive networking.
• Achieve set KPIs and deliver top-quality customer service.

Requirements:

• Recruitment experience (any industry required; healthcare preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekends with two weekdays off (flexible shifts).
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and target-driven.
• Proficient in MS Excel and capable of working under pressure.
