As a global healthcare recruitment group operating in the UK, Ireland, India, South Africa, China, Japan, the Philippines, Australia, Canada, the USA and Mexico, our mission is simple: connect exceptional healthcare professionals with the communities that need them most.
Behind that mission is a team that thrives in well-run, welcoming, high-performing workspaces - and that’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Facilities Coordinator who takes pride in creating organised, safe and efficient environments where teams can do their best work.
Why This Role is Different
This isn’t just a “fix the printer” job.
You’ll be the go-to person who keeps our UK offices running smoothly - from coordinating contractors and managing office moves, to supporting light IT setup and ensuring compliance and safety standards are met.

- Overseeing day-to-day facilities operations across UK offices
- Coordinating contractors, maintenance and office improvements
- Supporting office moves and workspace setup
- Managing post room and deliveries
- Handling basic first-line IT setup (desks, monitors, equipment)

- Travelling between UK offices (Bedford, London & Bristol) as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous facilities, workplace or office coordination experience
- Confident managing contractors and logistics
- Comfortable with basic end-user IT setup
- Highly organised with strong documentation habits
- Friendly, service-focused approach
- Full UK driving license
What You’ll Get
- Flexible 3-day working pattern
- Autonomy and ownership of your function
- A supportive, down-to-earth team culture
- The chance to contribute to a company improving global healthcare
- Growing international business with future opportunities
If you’re practical, proactive and take pride in well-run workplaces - we’d love to hear from you.
