Location: Wrest Park, Bedfordshire | Travel Across UK Offices
Hours: 24 hours per week (flexible across 3 days)
Salary: £25,000–£28,000 FTE (£15,000–£16,800 actual salary)

We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Facilities Coordinator who takes pride in creating organised, safe and efficient environments where teams can do their best work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing day-to-day facilities operations across UK offices
• Coordinating contractors, maintenance and office improvements
• Supporting office moves and workspace setup
• Managing post room and deliveries
• Handling basic first-line IT setup (desks, monitors, equipment)
• Ensuring health, safety and compliance standards are maintained
• Travelling between UK offices (Bedford, London & Bristol) as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous facilities, workplace or office coordination experience
• Confident managing contractors and logistics
• Comfortable with basic end-user IT setup
• Highly organised with strong documentation habits
• Friendly, service-focused approach
• Full UK driving license
