Job Title: Digital / SEO Specialist
Location: Noida, India (Onsite) US Shift

Job Summary: The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and
executing digital marketing strategies that drive website traffic, improve
search engine rankings, drive revenue and manage social media efforts. The
Digital/SEO Manager will work closely with internal teams to implement best
practices, optimize content, and ensure that our digital presence is
streamlined.


Responsibilities:
 Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to ensure that
website copy, blog posts, and landing pages are optimized for both
search engines and user experience, adhering to healthcare industry
guidelines.
 SEO Strategy & Execution: Lead the creation, implementation, and
optimization of SEO strategies for healthcare clients, ensuring that
websites rank highly on search engines for relevant healthcare
keywords.

Keyword Research & Analysis:

Conduct extensive keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth, and provide data-driven
insights to improve site content and overall, SEO performance.
 Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console,
SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Provide actionable recommendations based on insights to increase rankings, traffic, and conversions.
 On-Page & Off-Page Optimization: Implement on-page SEO elements (metadata, alt tags, schema markup, etc.) and guide link-
building efforts to improve domain authority and search visibility.
 Technical SEO: Work with web developers to ensure optimal website performance (site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, and
indexation) and resolve any technical SEO issues.
 Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Work to improve user engagement, conversions, and patient acquisition by optimizing
landing pages, forms, and calls to action.
 Social Media Management: Oversee social media strategy for healthcare clients, including content creation, posting schedules,
engagement, and performance tracking across platforms (Facebook, \ Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
 Social Media Optimization: Implement SEO best practices for social media profiles and posts to enhance visibility, user engagement, and
shareability, while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
 Market Research: Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, social media, and the
healthcare industry. Apply new knowledge to continuously improve our approach.


Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, or related field.
 Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or digital content management or SEO roles.
 Strong understanding of digital marketing and social/paid media best practices.
 Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
 Proficient in using content management systems and social media management tools.
 Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
 Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
 Strong communication and collaboration skills.
