Job Summary: 

As a Recruitment Consultant based in our Tokyo office, you will play a crucial role in sourcing candidates within Japan for our domestic clients' job openings. This position involves daily communication with candidates in life science area and ensuring appropriate placements. 

Responsibilities: 

• Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment:  

• Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. 
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. 
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. 

Market Research and Insights: 

• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. 
• Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on market research and candidate feedback. 
• Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and best practices. 

Administrative and Reporting: 

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions in the recruitment database. 
• Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, candidate progress, and client feedback. 
• Ensure compliance with all relevant recruitment regulations and company policies. 

 

Qualifications: 

• Recruitment or sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory. 

• Strong knowledge of the life science/ pharma. healthcare industry is highly valued. 

• Excellent communication skills. 

• High-level business proficiency in Japanese is essential. 

• Self-driven with a strong work ethic. 

• Ability to adapt to a rapidly growing team environment.
