• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Canadian healthcare market.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth areas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with client needs.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting and lead conversion.

• Experience in Healthcare Staffing is highly preferred.
• Candidates from a strong sales background with exceptional communication skills will also be considered.
• A degree in Business or an MBA is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with North American time zones as required.

• Face-to-face interviews are preferred for the first round (at our Gurgaon office).
• Virtual interviews may be arranged in exceptional cases.
