Job Summary:

As an Email Marketing Specialist with a strong background in developing and executing targeted email campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and brand loyalty. Skilled in audience segmentation, A/B testing, automation workflows, and performance analytics. Adept at using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver personalized content and optimize campaign ROI. Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to align email strategies with broader marketing goals. Passionate about leveraging data and creativity to craft compelling messages that resonate with diverse audiences.

 

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

• Design, build, and deploy targeted email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio).
• Develop segmented lists and personalization strategies to improve engagement and conversion.

Content & Design:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling copy and email templates that align with Greenstaff Medical’s brand.
• Ensure all communications are optimized for desktop and mobile.

Data & Reporting:

• Manage subscriber data, ensuring data hygiene and compliance.
• Track, analyze, and report on email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and recommend optimizations.

Automation & Workflows:

• Build automated journeys for lead nurturing, candidate re-engagement, referral programs, and client outreach.
• Leverage dynamic content, personalization, and A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with recruitment and business development teams to align email campaigns with hiring needs and client acquisition goals.
• Support marketing initiatives across digital channels when needed.

 

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong understanding of email best practices, automation, deliverability, and compliance.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template editing.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
