Recruitment Context

This is a growth hire to reinforce the cybersecurity team. The Security Solutions Administrator will administer and operates security solutions (antivirus / EDR, firewalls, bastion, IAM, vulnerability scanners, etc. .). He will participate in the proper functioning of security solutions by ensuring that operational and security conditions are maintained in a sync

 

Manager & Team

You’ll report directly to Florent Gilain, our Chief Information Security Officer, with over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity and a strong commitment to pragmatic, high-impact security solutions.

The core cybersecurity team currently includes:

  • Vincent – focused on build projects (design, architecture, integration of new cybersecurity tools).
  • Antoine – focused on run (operations, ticketing and SOC relationship management).

You will also work closely with IT and product development teams.

 

What will you do

Administration

  • Ensure the optimal functioning of the security solutions for which you are responsible
  • Contribute to the configuration of security solutions, manage changes
  • Configure solutions in accordance with the norms and standards defined by experts in the field, carry out regular reviews of the rules and settings put in place
  • Set up the collection of logs and alerts from solutions to an incident detection service
  • Follow up on actions and document processes

Maintenance

  • Maintain and develop the security solutions of its perimeter, with the objective of quality, productivity, and overall security
  • Ensure the follow-up and the remediation of the vulnerabilities identified jointly with the IT teams

Operation

  • Validate the installation of tools in the production environment
  • Manage access rights to solutions based on profiles and ensure periodic reviews
  • Deal with incidents or anomalies as well as exceptions
  • Ensure the proper functioning of the feedback of logs and alerts

Communication

  • Contribute to user awareness and training in security solutions

 

Role Objectives

First 3 months:

  • Onboard into current tools and environments.
  • Support Antoine on operational run topics (SOC, ticketing, alert handling).
  • Begin contributing to detection, tuning and documentation improvement.

At 6 months:

  • Take ownership of several core tools.
  • Improve incident detection and response metrics (e.g., reduce time to detect/respond).
  • Propose and implement 1–2 new detection use cases or automation scenarios.

By 12 months:

  • Act as a key point of contact for both operations and project topics.
  • Implement at least 5 detection or automation playbooks.
  • Drive better coordination and documentation with internal stakeholders.

 

What do you bring

  • Prior experience (1-2 years minimum) in a production, operating or cybersecurity support environment, preferably in a "startup" type environment.
  • Mastery of the information system, urbanization and IS architecture
    • Control of production processes
    • Security of operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac)
    • Network and protocol security
    • Configuration of security related tools
  • Familiarity with Linux environments and firewalls
  • Native or full proficiency in French + good level of English
  • Autonomy, capacity of proposing and implementing solutions independently
  • Rigor
  • Ability to follow and define procedures
  • Passion for cybersecurity, staying current with threats, tools, and methodologies.

  • Tools: EDR, Vulnerability scanner, WebProxy, Web Scanner & API Scanner, NAC, Microsoft E5 licenses, MDM, DLP, MFA/SSO, Configuration Manager, Email Gateway, Execution Control, Bastion, HoneyPots, Awareness platform, Hardening.

Recruitment Process

  1. Screening Call – with Malorie (Talent Acquisition Specialist)
    30 minutes – remote
    Purpose: Motivation, general fit, salary expectations, availability.
  2. Technical Interview – with Florent Gilain (CISO)
    1h to 1h30 – remote or in-person
    Purpose: Validate technical skills, practical knowledge, and mindset.
  3. Team Fit Interview – with cybersecurity team members
    30 minutes – remote or in-person
    Purpose: Assess collaboration potential and team dynamics.
  4. Reference Checks – via phone

We aim to complete the full process in under 3 weeks, depending on availability.
