Financial & Business Analyst

Paris

We are looking for a Financial & Business Analyst to join our Finance Team under the supervision of our VP Finance. You'll dive into financial analysis, build dynamic models, and create insightful reports that will contribute driving strategic decisions in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

  • Location: Paris, France
  • Starting Date: May 2025

 

Missions

  • Conduct in-depth financial and business analysis, focusing on key corporate equity KPIs, revenue performance, cost structure, and free-cash-flow metrics;
  • Assist in developing Forecasts and Business Plans through financial analysis and model creation;
  • Participate to fundraising, market expansions and M&A transactions efforts;
  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports as well as presentations for key stakeholders such as the Board of Directors and Top Management;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Operations, Tech) to deliver financial insights that drive strategic decisions.

 

Required skills

Technical skills: 

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business from a top-tier Business School or University
  • Strong Accounting and Financial knowledge
  • Proficient in data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • Experience working in an international environment and/or a digital company would be a plus

RECRUITMENT STEPS

  • Discovery call with Camille and Valentin, Senior Financial Analysts (1st screening) 
  • Business case with Camille, Valentin and Florian (VP Finance) (2nd screening) – must be held at our Paris office
  • Final Interview with Florian and Arnaud (CFO)
