Lead Developer Automation & GenAI

Job Description 

We are looking for an experienced Lead Dev Automation & Gen AI to join our Commando IT / Generative AI team! This position will be attached to the Head of Corporate IT and requires strong autonomy and vision. Our team is responsible for driving cross-functional performance improvements by developing automation solutions and AI-powered applications that have a measurable impact on productivity and revenue generation. 

 

What you will do 

• Develop and maintain solutions to improve performance of transversal business units
• Backend, frontend, infrastructure as code (IaC) and CI/CD development
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging and alerting systems 
• Improve development processes while finding the right balance between rigor, speed and flexibility for software development & research organization
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and industry standards
• Develop and maintain containerization and orchestration systems using tools like Docker
• Document processes and procedures to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across the team
• Manage 3x interns and oversee project initiatives, with potential for team expansion based on proven results.

 

What do you bring? 

• Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of Python development good practices
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins or CircleCI
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration concepts
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work well in a scale up environment
• Understanding of fintech and payment industry is a plus
• Fluent in English for international communication
