The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own
Talent Acquisition:
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for real estate agent positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their team's staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Candidate Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive and professional candidate experience
- Keep candidates informed about the hiring process, company culture, and career opportunities
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track the status of candidates and provide timely reports to stakeholders
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy
- Fluency in English
- 1 year of experience in recruiting, with a focus on Sales roles, OR 2-3 years of sales experience
- Proven experience of hiring for the high-volume roles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proven success in recruiting for startup environments is highly desirable
