Backed by leading investors such as Sequoia, Balderton, Founders Fund, and Olayan, our mission is to revolutionize the real estate industry by building an all-in-one super app designed to empower agents and mortgage brokers.
The Main Event: What You'll Do
As our Operations Manager, you’ll lead the charge on agent productivity, engagement, and retention — from onboarding and training to continuous performance management. You’ll be the operator behind the scenes making sure our sales team is engaged, delivering results, and constantly improving.
This role is core to our business health and revenue, sitting at the intersection of execution, enablement, and operational excellence. You’ll lead a team and collaborate daily with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Compliance to remove bottlenecks and increase output.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive agent productivity: Identify gaps, set clear KPIs, and implement strategies to improve performance across the entire conversion funnel.

Boost engagement + retention: Build operational programs to keep agents motivated, connected, and loyal to Huspy.

End-to-end agent enablement: Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing education to ensure all agents hit the ground running — and keep running.

Operational leadership: Lead your local ops team (4 FTEs) and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support.

Optimize tools + systems: Deploy and iterate on internal processes and tooling to remove inefficiencies.

Execute at scale: Own high-impact projects from strategy to execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Track performance: Monitor operational KPIs and deliver data-driven insights to leadership.

Own local compliance: Make sure everything we do aligns with Spain’s regulatory and legal requirements.
The Perfect Match: What You Bring

5+ years in high-impact operational roles — ideally in startups, tech, real estate, or consulting.

You've operated at the intersection of execution and strategy, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty.

Proven experience leading teams and scaling operations in a fast-changing environment.

Analytical mindset — you know what to measure and how to take action on it.

Strong communicator in both Spanish (native) and English (fluent) — able to rally teams and align cross-functional stakeholders.

Comfortable with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Hubspot, Asana, Trello).
