The Main Event: What you'll do
We’re looking for a proactive and polished Receptionist to be the face of Huspy at our Dubai Marina office. This is more than just a front-desk role — you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, candidates, and clients, and a key support for our fast-paced internal teams.

Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome

Manage incoming calls, emails, and deliveries

Maintain the front office, meeting rooms, and shared areas to a high standard

Coordinate office supplies, snacks, and general admin support

Support the People & Admin team with internal events and logistics

Assist in onboarding preparations for new joiners

Liaise with building management when needed
The Perfect Match: What you bring

1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, admin, or front-office role

Fluent English; Arabic is a plus

Positive energy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills

Comfortable in a fast-moving, international environment

Tech-savvy and confident using productivity tools
