The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own
As we expand into new markets, we are looking for an extremely driven and ambitious Market Launcher to spearhead our growth, establish our presence, and build relationships with top real estate professionals in key territories. As a Market Launcher, you will be responsible for leading the expansion of Huspy into new cities in Spain (and then Europe). You will act as a strategist, operator, and relationship-builder—working closely with our CEO & Deputy CEO, leadership, marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure a successful launch. This role requires a mix of operations, sales, business development, and project management skills.
Important to note: This role is not tied to a single city—expect frequent travel and hands-on work in different locations.
Market Expansion & Strategy
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to launch Huspy in new cities.
- Analyze local real estate market trends, competition, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify high-potential agents and teams that align with our business model.
- Determine local licensing, compliance, and operational requirements for launching.
Business Development & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-producing real estate agents.
- Lead outreach efforts via cold calls, emails, networking events, and in-person meetings.
- Conduct presentations and demos to showcase our value proposition.
- Drive agent adoption and onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform.
Product & Technology Collaboration
- Work closely with the Product Team to provide market-specific insights that enhance our platform’s features and ensure we remain best-in-market.
- Gather feedback from local agents to inform UX improvements, automation needs, and new integrations.
- Test and validate new technology features in pilot markets before wider rollout.
- Work with engineering and product teams to resolve issues impacting agent adoption and market fit.
Operational Execution & Market Setup
- Hire and setup the local team for success including training and performance management
- Find, secure, and set up offices where needed, ensuring a high-quality experience for local agents and customers.
- Manage any required renovations, build-outs, or vendor contracts to prepare the location for launch.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, legal, product, and operations) to streamline market entry.
- Establish local operational processes as needed, including compliance procedures, onboarding workflows, and customer support structures.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met for new market entry.
- Coordinate logistics for regional events, launch campaigns, and community-building initiatives.
The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy
- 5+ years of experience in operations, business development, expansion, or startup growth.
- Fluent in Spanish (both written and verbal)
- Experience in startups at exponential growth stage and / or top-tier consulting firms
- Experience in sales, partnerships, or market expansion within a tech-enabled company.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new markets or territories.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Experience in real estate is a plus
