Marketing Automation Specialist (Braze Experience)

The Main Event: What you'll do 

We’re looking for a Martech Specialist to lead customer and partner communications across our Mortgage Business Unit (MBU) in the UAE and support our expansion across the Middle East. This role blends marketing, product, and operations to deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns and improve customer engagement at scale.

  • Own MBU UAE Communications: Manage all customer-facing communications and journeys, ensuring alignment with business goals and consistency across channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with brokers, REAs, and B2C teams in Dubai and Abu Dhabi to drive awareness and support field operations.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and launch omnichannel campaigns (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push), using data and A/B testing to optimize performance.
  • Customer Feedback & Support: Lead NPS and CSAT efforts, turning feedback into actionable insights.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance of marketing campaigns and automated journeys across channels. Track key metrics, measure impact, and provide actionable insights through regular reporting on KPIs. Comfortable working with data to optimize communication strategies and support business goals.
  • Support Regional Growth: Gradually scale MBU Middle East communications and customer journeys to support our expansion into new cities and countries.

The Perfect Match: What you bring

  • 3+ years in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, or Martech roles.
  • Experience with Braze (required); Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push, and in-app communication channels.
  • Solid A/B testing and data analysis skills (SQL required).
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working across multiple teams.
  • Strong communicator with a keen eye for detail.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to translate complex features into simple, effective messaging.

What will set you apart: 

  • Experience in fast-paced startups or early-stage environments.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid, or AMPscript.
  • Fluency in Arabic language
