What you’ll be doing:

As a Sales Administrator, you will support the Sales Team drive new business and revenue growth by  ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes within an organization. Success in this role requires one to possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and Google Suite  applications. Effective communication skills are also essential for interacting with customers and collaborating with team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create KB for all previous RFPs (take responses and put it into a GPT or excel)
  • Filling out supplier forms 
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs- Use KB to fill out as much 
  • Work with Finance to fill out onboarding forms
  • Maintain sales collateral library (organize Google Drive)
  • Update customer records and pipeline data in HubSpot
  • Helping with Sales/Revenue people with travel logistics (hotel, agenda, etc)
  • Update Revenue Monday.com boards to ensure dates and people are up to date (for new hires)
  • Ensure Sales members are completing jobs from monday.com with Marketing folks (ie: sales enablement for ambassador)
  • Take disparate “thought” documents and categorize/add them to an aggregate document
  • Organize Slide Master + Sanitize for future use
  • Send out Ambassador paperwork
  • Help to schedule/organize revenue related meetings (will need calendar access)
  • Help manage leads
  • Upload and send contracts ready to be signed by all parties

  • Advanced written and oral communications skills
  • Deep commitment to the organization’s mission and values
  • Articulate and effective communicator, both orally and in writing, with strong presentation skills
  • Ability to navigate in ambiguous and dynamically changing environments

Talent Profile we are looking for:

  • Someone who is EXTREMELY organized and enjoys organizing
  • Someone who can keep track of all of the tasks and successfully multi-task 
  • Someone who can work independently with limited oversight outside of short daily check ins
  • Has a typing speed of at least 40+ words per minute 
  • Someone who is not afraid to challenge status quo and is assertive in their approach 
  • Masterful with calendars (as you will manage calendars across multiple time-zones) 
  • Someone who wants to learn more about Gemini/Chat GPT

Experiences:

  • Experience as a sales administrator supporting the running of sales/ revenue teams from the ground up; preferably in leading multinational companies (including startup/scale-up’s) and/or global consultancies/professional services firms.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving exceptional operational performance.
  • Demonstrable project management, organizational and management reporting skills
  • Must have: A deep understanding of, and extensive experience operating in Africa
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required
