ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Commercial Enablement Manager, you will oversee and lead invoicing, client billing, payroll data management, and resource tracking processes for multiple client accounts in service delivery. You will work closely with client teams and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with operational policies  and client requirementsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Invoicing and Billing Management

  • Lead and manage the invoicing and billing processes across complex operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for all client accounts.
  • Oversee the preparation of billing information, including headcount, attrition, and hiring status updates, ensuring alignment with client requirements and expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial enablement teams across multiple clients, ensuring all required data is provided and addressing any inquiries or issues promptly.
  • Ensure seamless management of invoicing and billing processes, proactively mitigating risks and managing challenges across client accounts.

Client Relations and Reporting

  • Engage regularly with client commercial enablement teams to track progress, monitor supply fulfillment, and manage any emerging risks.
  • Lead the creation of bi-weekly client presentation decks, ensuring they are comprehensive, accurate, and timely across multiple accounts.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries related to billing, invoicing and other relevant data.
  • Submit regular invoicing reports for internal stakeholders.

 

Payroll Data Management

  • Oversee payroll data processes, including tracking of overtime, incentives, and adjustments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for multiple roles and project teams.
  • Manage the integration of payroll data into billing workflows, ensuring alignment between internal systems and client requirements.
  • Proactively address discrepancies in payroll data and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.

 

Process Optimization

    • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize the efficiency, accuracy, and performance of invoicing, billing, and resource tracking.
    • Work closely with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and continuous process enhancements across client accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, finance, or commercial enablement.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to work with large datasets.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficient in the use of project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Monday.com).
  • Proficient in the use of G-Suite (Google Workspace) apps.
