Client Leader, Advisory

As an Advisory Transformation Consultant you can expect to...

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding enterprise transformation initiatives from strategic planning through adoption and sustained business value realization.
  • Partner with executive sponsors and key stakeholders to define transformation objectives, success measures, value drivers, and business outcomes.
  • Lead current-state assessments to identify performance gaps, improvement opportunities, and key transformation levers.
  • Develop value blueprints and phased transformation roadmaps that connect business capabilities, processes, technology investments, risk considerations, and organizational readiness.
  • Facilitate executive, leadership, and stakeholder workshops that drive alignment, decision-making, and transformation momentum.
  • Lead end-to-end business process discovery and future-state design efforts that balance strategic goals with operational realities.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and functional consultants to align business requirements, process changes, and solution configurations.
  • Design and execute integrated change management strategies, including sponsorship alignment, communications, training, readiness, engagement, and reinforcement activities.
  • Conduct change impact and organizational readiness assessments, identify adoption risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Define and monitor adoption, performance, and benefits realization metrics while recommending corrective actions and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Coach executive sponsors and business leaders to serve as visible and effective change champions throughout transformation programs.
  • Contribute to the growth of HSO’s Advisory practice through thought leadership, reusable assets, methodologies, templates, playbooks, accelerators, case studies, and business development activities as appropriate to level.

  • Designing future-state business processes that are both strategic and operationally practical.
  • Leading change management initiatives that enable adoption, readiness, capability development, and sustained performance improvement.
  • Connecting people, process, and technology decisions to tangible business outcomes.
  • Influencing stakeholders and driving progress in complex environments without direct authority.
  • Operating effectively between executive-level advisory conversations and hands-on delivery support.
  • Communicating complex concepts clearly to executive, business, and project stakeholders.
  • Solving complex business challenges with a collaborative and outcomes-focused approach.

Sound interesting? If so, you’ll have...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, advisory services, business transformation, change management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting ERP, CRM, or cloud transformation initiatives, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of established change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including business case development, KPI definition, value measurement, and process mapping.
  • Excellent workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience working across multiple engagements and navigating complex or ambiguous business environments.
  • Experience within a Microsoft partner consulting environment.
  • Familiarity with business process management frameworks and tools such as BPMN, APQC, Visio, or Mavim.
  • Experience supporting AI and Copilot adoption initiatives and the associated organizational change requirements.
