As an Events Marketing Coordinator you can expect to...

  • Coordinate the execution of conferences, trade shows, customer events, executive programs, Microsoft-sponsored initiatives, and other field marketing activities across the U.S.
  • Manage event logistics from planning through completion, including timelines, checklists, registrations, shipping, booth materials, signage, giveaways, and onsite requirements.
  • Partner with vendors, venues, event organizers, and internal stakeholders to ensure events are delivered smoothly and on schedule.
  • Support attendee registration, pre-event communications, and internal activation efforts that drive participation and engagement.
  • Coordinate speaker logistics, presentation requirements, and session execution to ensure a seamless event experience.
  • Maintain event calendars, budgets, documentation, and key deadlines to support effective planning and execution.
  • Ensure Sales and Marketing teams have the information, materials, and resources needed to maximize event success.
  • Support onsite event execution at priority programs, including booth setup, registration activities, and attendee experience management.
  • Coordinate post-event lead processing and follow-up activities in partnership with Marketing Operations, Business Development Managers, and Sales teams.
  • Track and report on key event metrics such as attendance, leads, meetings, and pipeline activity.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of event playbooks, processes, and execution standards.

  • Coordinating complex logistics and keeping programs on track from planning through execution.
  • Communicating clearly and confidently with internal teams, external vendors, venues, and event partners.
  • Building strong working relationships and collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Taking initiative, identifying gaps, and proactively resolving issues before they become problems.
  • Supporting both in-person and virtual event experiences with a focus on quality and execution excellence.

Sound interesting? If so, you’ll have...

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines and initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders, vendors, or external partners.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and competing demands.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the United States to support key events.
  • Experience in B2B technology, professional services, or a related industry is preferred but not required.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership and drive execution.
