The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the Senior Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and optimising marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple projects, and is keen to grow their marketing career within a global organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Support & Execution: Assist in implementing marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and event channels. Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and vendor relationships.
  • Track Governance & Conversion: Partner with Business Development (BD) and Sales teams to monitor lead flow, ensure timely follow-up, and maintain lead governance processes to maximize conversion rates. Provide updates to the Senior Marketing Manager using the internal Microsoft Dynamics CRM system to maintain leads and opportunities.
  • Content & Asset Management: Support with localization of global assets for regional use, update marketing materials, and support content creation for newsletters, blogs, landing pages, and social media. Understand brand guidelines and consistently implement the brand voice across all channels and marketing materials.
  • Digital Marketing Execution: Help manage paid and organic social media campaigns, email campaigns, monitor analytics, and prepare performance reports. Develop automated email marketing programs.
  • Event Coordination: Organize roundtables, webinars, trade shows, and customer events, including logistics and attendee communication.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on trends, competitors, and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, PowerBI, and CRM systems.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, BDR, and global marketing teams to align activities with business priorities. Provide day-to-day support to the Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Customer Advocacy Support: Assist in gathering customer success stories and coordinating case study development.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in marketing or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics).
    • Familiarity with marketing automation tools & creating email nurture workflows.
    • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and Google Analytics.
    • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Basic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva is a plus).
