Job Role: Managing Consultant

Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic direction and growth of the D365 FO practice, driving business development, client engagement, and thought leadership.
Oversee the delivery of large-scale implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives.
Manage a team of consultants, providing leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, offering strategic guidance on digital transformation initiatives and ERP investments.
Lead pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
Drive the development and adoption of innovative solutions and methodologies to enhance project delivery and client outcomes.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

12+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain, with a proven track record of leading successful implementations and managing client relationships.
Extensive experience managing and developing high-performance teams of consultants, analysts, and developers.
Deep expertise in configuring and customizing D365 FO modules, with a focus on Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, and GST compliance.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive business development initiatives and identify growth opportunities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Expert (required)
